Medellín - A bustling city in Colombia, nicknamed 'The City Of Eternal Spring' for its pleasant climate. Now very different from the place that it was in the 80's. It was once home to the powerful and highly organised Colombian drug cartel, Cartel De Medellin that was founded and led by none other than Pablo Escobar.

Escobar's legacy remains controversial; while many denounce the heinous nature of his crimes, he was seen as a "Robin Hood-like" figure to many in Colombia. Ultimately his life has also been served as inspiration for or has been dramatized in film, television and in music.
Here's our spin on the story. Using the beautiful colours of Columbia's national flag we've created this custom design on an adidas gazelle vintage. Featuring a custom tongue label, our take on the adidas trefoil and reference to Don Pablo himself on the heels. We thought it was appropriate to name this design Medellín.
